About the Role
You will lead the strategy to build a unified, compliant, and robust internal AI platform. You will act as the bridge between technical teams, domain experts, and regulatory stakeholders to operationalize AI capabilities across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for the internal AI platform
- Identify opportunities for AI integration in client-facing products and internal operations
- Drive the implementation of strategic AI use cases across the company
- Ensure AI compliance, regulatory adherence, and ethical usage
- Support the planning, launch, and monitoring of new AI features
- Lead the cross-functional AI platform team using agile methodologies
- Translate business goals into actionable user stories for Data Scientists and Engineers
- Analyze AI system performance and user feedback to evolve product strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager for backend services, APIs, or AI-powered products
- Understanding of modern AI concepts including LLMs, prompt design, and agent architectures
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and Data Science teams
- Understanding of the AI regulatory landscape and data governance principles
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Hands-on approach to product development from ideation to launch
- Excellent English communication skills
