Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring food safety.
  • Oversee production for assigned station, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all dishes, considering presentation and taste.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide support.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring equipment is in good working order.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
