About the Role
This role supports the daily operations of the office, acting as a central point of contact for employees, external partners, and visitors. It involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating services, and supporting the management team.
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate daily office operations
- Receive and host visitors, serving as a point of contact for employees and external partners
- Manage the telephone switchboard and process incoming/outgoing mail
- Organize meetings, meeting rooms, and internal events
- Manage orders for office supplies, beverages, and consumables
- Coordinate external service providers, suppliers, and craftspeople
- Provide administrative support to management and departments
- Maintain documents and support organizational projects
Requirements
- Professional experience in office management, reception, or a comparable position
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Forms)
- Strong organizational skills and structured work approach
- Friendly, service-oriented, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, discretion, and reliability
- Very good German language skills
