About the Role
Lead interdisciplinary project teams through all project phases from inception to finalization. This role requires a blend of commercial, technical, and project management expertise, particularly in matrix-based environments involving customers, internal divisions, sub-vendors, and parent organization stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to align hardware and service solutions with opportunities.
- Provide technical marketing guidance to Engineering for product development.
- Develop commercial strategies to optimize service offerings.
- Create proposals in response to customer RFQs.
- Lead teams to integrate pricing, commercial, technical, and schedule content.
- Present offerings to customer commercial, technical, and schedule representatives.
- Negotiate contract terms including pricing, general conditions, technical exceptions, and schedules.
- Serve as the primary customer point of contact during project execution.
- Manage the flow of commercial and technical information and resolve escalations.
- Lead critical sub-vendor supply chain projects.
- Integrate work scopes across internal divisions and customer representatives.
- Coordinate technical and commercial recovery plans for turbine discovery projects.

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, occasionally on short notice.
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage difficult resolutions under constraints.
- Strong attention to detail while managing high volumes of competing assignments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating across diverse stakeholder groups.

Experience Level
