About the Role

Lead interdisciplinary project teams through all project phases from inception to finalization. This role requires a blend of commercial, technical, and project management expertise, particularly in matrix-based environments involving customers, internal divisions, sub-vendors, and parent organization stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales to align hardware and service solutions with opportunities.
  • Provide technical marketing guidance to Engineering for product development.
  • Develop commercial strategies to optimize service offerings.
  • Create proposals in response to customer RFQs.
  • Lead teams to integrate pricing, commercial, technical, and schedule content.
  • Present offerings to customer commercial, technical, and schedule representatives.
  • Negotiate contract terms including pricing, general conditions, technical exceptions, and schedules.
  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact during project execution.
  • Manage the flow of commercial and technical information and resolve escalations.
  • Lead critical sub-vendor supply chain projects.
  • Integrate work scopes across internal divisions and customer representatives.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial recovery plans for turbine discovery projects.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, occasionally on short notice.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage difficult resolutions under constraints.
  • Strong attention to detail while managing high volumes of competing assignments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Self-starter, self-directed, and highly motivated.
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible mindset.
