About the Role

Binghatti is seeking a results-driven professional to join the London team, focusing on developing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with investors and partners, and expanding the luxury real estate portfolio within the UK market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, investors, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Develop relationships with GCC investors and international clients interested in UK and Dubai real estate.
• Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to conversion.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to promote the brand.
• Collaborate with sales teams to convert opportunities into successful transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, Sales, or Partnerships.
• Strong track record of generating business opportunities and achieving targets.
• Experience dealing with high-value clients and relationship-based sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build networks and develop long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach.
• Strong understanding of luxury markets and client expectations.
• Background in real estate, property investment, or luxury sales.
• Experience working with GCC/MENA clients or investors.
• Existing network of investors, brokers, or professional contacts.
