About the Role
The Sales and Service Administrator is a key client contact responsible for ensuring compliance with processes such as anti-money laundering, identification, and quota checks. This role builds client relationships and brand loyalty through exceptional care, product knowledge, and teamwork, supporting a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all Point of Sales are open and closed, and check that the float is ready.
- Engage with clients, handling transactional aspects of sales as the final point of contact.
- Ensure compliance with POS Compliance Manual requirements, company policies, standards, and regulations.
- Establish and cultivate strong customer relationships by responding promptly to queries and keeping parties informed.
- Manage Front of House housekeeping, including replenishing and ordering stationery.
- Process sales to ensure accurate stock levels via RFID.
- Maintain accurate quota records on the boutique tracker document.
- Maintain client data accuracy and GDPR compliance by updating client details and managing CRM opt-ins.
- Manage Remote Sales (PBL) by processing Pay by Link transactions and administering payments via the Adyen portal.
- Maintain a helpful, courteous, reliable, positive, supportive, and flexible manner towards colleagues.
- Work effectively within the team, sharing ideas, contributing to positive morale, and ensuring good time management and boutique cover.
- Ensure absolute confidentiality of the Company’s commercial activities and internal affairs.
- Participate in and complete training to acquire and apply high standards of selling skills and knowledge.
- Actively and positively participate in meetings.
