About the Role

PiLON is a trusted name in construction, specializing in planned maintenance and refurbishments within the social housing sector. We are seeking a driven and reliable individual to join our rapidly growing team and make a meaningful impact. You can expect support in achieving your personal and career aspirations while working with a motivated team that takes pride in its deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company Health & Safety procedures, including PPE, site inductions, and method statements.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage all site-based operatives, overseeing their work, safety inductions, tool box talks, quality control, and adherence to method statements.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records using PiLLAR for traceability.
• Report work progress from site accurately using PiLLAR.
• Verify that all materials, including those used by subcontractors, comply with technical and quality specifications.
• Collaborate with the Project/Contracts Manager to plan projects effectively, ensuring understanding and agreement of project requirements, specifications, drawings, and health and safety proposals.
• Liaise with site teams and client representatives regarding challenging circumstances, such as vulnerable residents or fuel poverty.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, recording visits and resulting activities.
• Ensure residents have full service provisions at the end of each day.
• Adhere to company guidelines and policies to ensure safety and safeguarding for self, staff, and the public.
• Escalate health and safety concerns or incidents to the H&S manager promptly.
• Utilize PiLON tablets and PiLON 360 effectively in line with company processes.
• Be punctual for working hours and meetings, arriving in a timely and professional manner.
