About the Role

Our mission is to make robotics an irreversible reality. We are seeking talented Mechanical Engineers passionate about building innovative robotic systems, including humanoids. The team develops advanced robotics solutions for various applications, focusing on the next generation of articulated robots and humanoids. Hardware engineers will own the journey from bench to real-world fleet deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components for robotic products.
  • Create CAD models, assemblies, and engineering documentation.
  • Collaborate with electrical, controls, software, and product teams to develop integrated robotic systems.
  • Support actuator, transmission, sensor, and structural system design.
  • Build, test, and iterate prototypes to validate performance and reliability.
  • Conduct engineering analyses, including structural, thermal, kinematic, and tolerance studies.
  • Improve product reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, and cost efficiency.
  • Support product transition from prototype to production.
  • Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to scale hardware development.

Requirements

  • Background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Experience developing electromechanical products or robotic systems.
  • Experience in designing moving mechanisms with gears, racks, LM guides, belts, and gearboxes.
  • Practical experience in 2D drawings for both sheet metal and machined parts.
  • Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, NX, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and product development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English required.
