About the Role

You will join the Client Technology Tribe to build and improve support workflows, chatbot integrations, and internal platforms. The role focuses on delivering high-impact, client-facing experiences while maintaining robust architectural standards and leveraging AI to enhance customer support efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve high-quality client-facing experiences and internal tooling for self-service and case prevention.
• Work across the stack on frontend applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, event-driven workflows, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design and implement scalable solutions for support workflows, document handling, automation, and cross-service orchestration.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Support, and engineering teams to deliver solutions with clear business impact.
• Contribute to observability, analytics, experimentation, and operational excellence.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on security and reliability.
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle from idea to production.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in architecture, testing, monitoring, and developer experience.
• Shape technical direction, mentor teammates, and raise engineering standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or comparable practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and NestJS.
• Solid frontend experience with modern web application development.
• Practical backend experience building and integrating production services.
• Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication and authorization patterns, and service-to-service integrations.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and observability/debugging in production.
• Experience delivering complex software with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to make pragmatic trade-offs.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Experience in regulated environments, support tooling, workflow automation, or operationally critical systems.
