About the Role
HRpepper offers a dynamic internship program for students interested in management consulting. You will be fully integrated into project teams, gaining hands-on experience in organizational transformation, HR strategy, and corporate learning while working in a collaborative, human-centric environment.
Responsibilities
- Support consultants in project acquisition and client transformation initiatives
- Assist with reorganizations, HR transformations, and corporate learning projects
- Support the execution of assessment centers and audits
- Contribute to the conception, preparation, and follow-up of client meetings, trainings, and workshops
- Create and visualize project documentation and presentation materials
- Facilitate smaller moderation sessions
- Conduct analyses on market trends and scientific research
- Support internal company tasks and events such as the HRpepper-Hoffest and Pepperdays
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program
- Intent to pursue a career in consulting post-graduation
- Availability for a minimum of 4 months, ideally 6 months
- Excellent academic background relevant to the field
- Strong business acumen
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to taking on responsibility
