About the Role
We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for our new opening in the Europacenter, Berlin, starting November 2026. You will ensure that customers feel welcome and well-advised in your REWE store.
Responsibilities
- Enthuse customers with a friendly demeanor and competent advice.
- Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with an eye for detail.
- Handle bread and baked goods with skill and prepare hot meals.
- Stock goods, price them correctly, and independently implement ideas for sales promotions.
- Control incoming goods, checking for completeness and product quality.
Requirements
- Ideally, completed vocational training as a specialized bakery sales assistant or professional experience in the food retail sector.
- Welcome to career changers with food knowledge.
- Enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for retail.
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work style with customer focus.
- Motivation to learn new things.
- Willingness to work in a flexible shift system, Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 22:00.
