About the Role
Join GreenMedical as a Venture Development Intern for a 6-month internship. You will be a key player in developing a new HealthTech venture, contributing your entrepreneurial spirit to innovative healthcare access. This role involves market analysis, business model development, partnership building, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market, competitor, and potential analyses, including literature and desk research, to identify new growth areas and derive strategic recommendations.
- Participate in the development and validation of new business models and support their advancement through to implementation.
- Build strategic partnerships and systematically develop collaborations with external stakeholders.
- Prepare concepts, business cases, and decision documents in a target-group-oriented and convincing manner for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze processes, structure requirements, and manage projects independently to continuously develop digital care offerings.
Requirements
- Possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, work proactively, take responsibility, think creatively, and be willing to go the extra mile for good results.
- Ability to systematically analyze complex issues, prepare key figures and business cases, and derive well-founded recommendations for action.
- Work independently, carefully, and organized, maintaining an overview even with uncertainty, changing priorities, or multiple parallel topics, and approaching challenges solution-oriented.
- Quickly grasp new information, critically assess it, and prepare it for the target audience. Communicate clearly, enjoy teamwork, and be open and constructive with feedback.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and possess basic Excel skills for data analysis and preparation.
- Enthusiasm for the healthcare market, digital innovations, and HealthTech, with a desire to actively shape the healthcare of tomorrow.
- Ideally, have initial practical experience in business development, venture development, HealthTech, or a comparable dynamic environment.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
