About the Role
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Onboarding Team is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to onboard applications to RBC’s IAM solutions, ensuring compliance with security standards. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify business problems, recommend solutions, and achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Work with business partners and application teams to explain the onboarding process and document requirements.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process.
- Ensure onboarded applications remain compliant with business partners and application teams.
- Learn architectural patterns relevant to RBC’s IAM services.
- Identify and report security risks in accordance with RBC Standards.
- Participate in all aspects of onboarding testing, including reviewing and analyzing onboarding requirements.
- Contribute to technical development specifications.
- Create test case scenarios and assist with test case writing.
- Assist with DEV, SAI (UAT), and PIV testing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working with IAM capabilities and solutions.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts and solution designs for efficient security controls.
- Experience with one or more IAM tools: CyberArk PAS, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or Entra ID.
- Ability to manage, lead, prioritize, and execute with minimal direction or oversight.
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented, capable of meeting high-quality standards while handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Understanding of data sets and generating meaningful reports.
