About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Operations to own the systems, structure, and governance that allow our supply chain and fulfilment operation to scale reliably as we grow into a more complex, multi-brand business under the Hims & Hers umbrella. This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of operations, supply chain, commercial delivery, and cross-functional execution. You will be responsible for making sure the operation works - not just today, but as we transition to the Hims & Hers brand, treat more conditions, and grow order volumes over the next few years. You will report into the VP of Operations Assurance at Hims & Hers, leading a small but growing team.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the annual supply chain strategy, OKRs, and volume forecasting, translating growth plans into resource, capex, and headcount.
- Manage end-to-end demand and supply planning, pharmaceutical and vendor relationships, and procurement governance across Rx and non-Rx categories.
- Manage Prescribe to Pharmacy process while executing exceptions and meeting appropriate SLA’s.
- Own courier strategy, carrier SLA management, and the delivery experience function as a retention lever.
- Own fulfilment cost per order and shipping targets, identifying and delivering initiatives to reduce COGS and wastage across the operation.
- Own the roadmap for fulfilment systems (PMR, WMS, ERP) across our pharmacy and warehouse operations, partnering with engineering to deliver and govern them reliably at scale.
- Manage IC related responsibilities including day to day but also month and quarter close while ensuring appropriate accounting and compliance measures to meet accuracy commitments.
- Lead supply chain input into new product and brand launches, coordinating across Commercial, Clinical, and Growth as we expand under Hims & Hers.
- Lead and grow a small team from day one, hiring key roles and building a high-accountability culture as the operation scales.
Requirements
- You are an experienced operations leader who thrives in high-growth environments where the pace is fast and the problems are genuinely complex.
- You know how to build structure without creating bureaucracy, and how to hold a high bar on execution without slowing the business down.
- You are as comfortable in the weeds of a supply chain model or a fulfilment systems conversation as you are presenting a strategy to senior stakeholders.
- You are commercially sharp, operationally rigorous, and a natural cross-functional partner.
- You are excited by the challenge of scaling an operation that is already moving quickly - bringing the systems, governance, and team capability needed to support a more complex, multi-brand business as Eucalyptus grows within the Hims & Hers portfolio.
Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related function
- At least 3–4 years in a director or head-of level role with a team behind you
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end supply chain or fulfilment operations at scale
- Experience in a high-growth, high-volume environment (e.g. e-commerce, health, consumer goods, mobility)
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage supplier and vendor relationships across complex, multi-category supply chains
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to define and deliver fulfilment system requirements & transformations (e.g. WMS, ERP, order management)
- Experience leading cross-functional product and category launches from an operations perspective
- Strong people leadership skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Confident presenting to exec and SLT-level audiences and partnering across commercial, clinical, and finance functions
Location
- London
- Willingness to travel to Birmingham & Enfield on a regular basis
Work Type
- Hybrid setup with 3 days a week in our Old Street office
Experience Level
- Director or head-of level role
Benefits
- Annual development budget
- 3 days of professional development leave
- Private health insurance through Vitality or opt for a monthly wellness allowance

- Work from anywhere 3 weeks out of the year
- A vibrant office culture with regular socials, clubs, after-school sport, and seasonal events
