About the Role

As a Solution Engineer, you will connect business challenges to concrete AI solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of Neural Concept's platform and roadmap. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving the pre-sales process from discovery to closing, and providing ongoing technical guidance to clients. This role involves building long-term account relationships by identifying and framing the right problems and solutions.

Responsibilities

Position Neural Concept as a long-term strategic partner and trusted engineering advisor.
Lead discovery sessions to identify high-impact use cases that are technically feasible and commercially sound.
Define AI strategy and technical roadmaps for accounts, translating platform capabilities into a multi-horizon vision.
Create and deliver client-tailored demos and presentations aligned with client engineering workflows and strategic vision.
Co-own the Statement of Work, demonstrating a deep understanding of technical components and their impact on client workflows.
Prepare and lead Steering Committees, linking engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
Drive user adoption and engagement across technical users, managers, and designers.
Identify and shape upsell and expansion opportunities into well-scoped proposals.
Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering teams to advance deals and ensure smooth transitions.
Surface client insights to Product and R&D teams to inform roadmap priorities.

Requirements

Hold an engineering degree (mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or similar).
Possess a solid understanding of CAD and CAE workflows, including bottlenecks and AI transformation potential.
Demonstrate natural curiosity and a people-driven approach to build trust and make clients feel understood.
Be proactive and commercially driven, moving accounts forward, spotting opportunities, and structuring ambiguity.
Act as a confident challenger, asking probing questions, reframing assumptions, and guiding clients toward better outcomes.
Exhibit outstanding communication skills, owning executive conversations and connecting engineering problems to strategic outcomes.
Understand AI and machine learning applied to engineering at a conceptual level.
Be comfortable creating demos and prototypes using AI-assisted tools.
Possess working knowledge of Python and modern development practices.
Have experience in a client-facing role (pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, or engineering consulting).
Professional fluency in Korean.
