About the Role

We're looking for a Commercial Lead (m/f/d) who will directly report to our VP Property Management. In this pivotal role, you will design the growth engine driving all of property managers' core business revenue. In your first 90 days, you'll be hands-on across direct sales, partnerships and some online marketing channels. By the end of your first 180 days, you'll have a repeatable playbook. After a year, you will have scaled that playbook.

Responsibilities

Build the local growth motion.
Build the growth playbook from zero.
Full-Cycle Sales: Generating leads and working with local heads to ensure leads convert to signed property management contracts.
Report directly to the VP Property Management and the Leadership Team, maintaining close exchange with C-Level and VP Property Management.

Requirements

Fluent German (C2) language proficiency.
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
Willingness to travel to PortCos occasionally to work in-person with local MDs.
Proven sales expertise, with experience bringing sales from 0 to 1, ideally repeatedly.
Strong commercial thinking and ability to make independent business decisions.
Comfort and energy in ambiguous environments, as the first growth hire building a playbook from scratch.
