About the Role
Develop and execute territory and account growth plans to increase revenue, market share, customer loyalty, and strategic influence across assigned accounts in London. Collaborate with consultants, specifiers, designers, and certified partners to influence opportunities from conception to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic relationships with enterprise corporate end users, commercial real estate developers & landlords.
- Drive demand generation and specification preference for CommScope SYSTIMAX and NETCONNECT solutions.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within existing and new customers.
- Engage with consultants, architects, engineering firms, and design professionals to influence infrastructure standards and project specifications.
- Build strong relationships with CommScope Partners and Distributors to maximise project coverage and opportunity conversion.
- Develop executive-level relationships with IT, Facilities, Estates, Real Estate, Procurement, and Digital Transformation stakeholders.
- Position CommScope solutions through a value-based selling approach focused on business outcomes, operational efficiency, network performance, sustainability, and future readiness.
- Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasting through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and the wider UKI team to execute growth initiatives and strategic account plans.
- Represent CommScope at industry events, customer engagements, and key market activities throughout London.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in account management, business development, or sales within structured cabling, networking, telecommunications, or building infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing and growing enterprise end-user relationships within the London market.
- Strong technical understanding of structured cabling, fibre and copper connectivity solutions, and building network infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic accounts and influencing complex stakeholder groups.
- Experience working with consultants, specifiers, and channel partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
