About the Role

Provide administrative support to senior members of the Leadership team with diaries, travel, expenses and other administrative tasks. Discretion and confidentiality are essential. Duties vary daily, requiring flexibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume diaries, resolving conflicts and anticipating needs to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Book rooms and catering for meetings and events, requiring office presence on the day.
  • Arrange international travel, visas, and accommodation.
  • Drive team communications to ensure relevant information is shared.
  • Own and address problems as they arise, identifying issues for upward referral.
  • Reconcile monthly company expenses.
  • Support team offsites, meetings, and events.

Requirements

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible attitude to change and ability to act on own initiative.
  • Proven experience as a highly effective Executive Assistant with Executive level stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in running marketing activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
