About the Role
We are seeking a Global Marketing Manager to build and run the Inspired Edge Academy brand and marketing engine as it launches across its first markets. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role responsible for global brand strategy, paid media, content, PR, influencer programs, and the parent journey to drive enrolments. Success will be measured by lead generation, conversion, ROI, brand consistency, and delivery quality.
Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Partner with local marketing teams, Heads of School, and Admissions to ensure local activity strengthens the global brand.
- Own the always-on content engine, including organic social, video, imagery, testimonials, webinars, digital prospectus, and website content.
- Build and steward Edge Academy's global social and content presence.
- Design reusable experiential formats as licensable templates for local teams.
- Build a shared measurement framework and reporting standard for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Own the global PR retainer and category-creation narrative, securing international press and thought leadership.
- Support local teams' PR relationships with global assets, spokespeople, and proof points.
- Design and own the end-to-end parent journey from awareness through to enrolment and onboarding.
- Work with Admissions and school leadership to ensure the journey converts high-quality, enrolling demand.
- Produce sales enablement materials for local admissions teams.
- Own the Edge Academy global marketing budget, including forecasting, pacing, and reporting.
- Compile and present the recurring cross-market performance pack for steerco.
- Represent Edge Academy within the wider Inspired Education global marketing community.

- Resilient and adaptable, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, pre-launch environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a “no task too small” attitude.
- Proven, hands-on experience running paid digital/performance media campaigns directly across multiple markets.
- Experience producing always-on content and managing PR/influencer relationships.
- Broad marketing capability spanning brand strategy, content, performance marketing, PR, and data & analytics.
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms, admissions or lead-nurture marketing, and website conversion optimisation.
- Comfortable owning a marketing budget and KPI reporting across multiple markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
