About the Role
The Overnight Hotel Assistant Manager supports and leads the overnight operations at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. This role ensures the seamless delivery of luxury guest experiences, oversees Front Office functions, and acts as a senior leader on property during night hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the overnight Front Office operation including Reception, Guest Services, Concierge, and Communications
- Ensure a seamless and personalised arrival and departure experience for all guests
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, service recovery, and operational escalations
- Support and coach overnight team members to drive engagement and performance
- Ensure accurate completion of overnight procedures and operational reports
- Maintain strong communication between overnight and daytime teams through detailed handovers
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure guest requests and operational priorities are managed efficiently
- Maintain health, safety, security, and emergency procedures throughout the hotel
- Represent hotel leadership as the senior manager on duty during overnight operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management Front Office role within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong Front Office knowledge with an understanding of wider hotel operations
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional guest service and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to make decisions confidently and effectively in a fast paced environment
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality
