About the Role
The Kraft Heinz Trainee Program is a 12-month program designed to grow future enterprise leaders. Trainees will gain a deep understanding of the business through commercial rotations, collaborate to grow iconic brands, and develop leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete functional onboarding and induction into different business functions.
- Undertake a field sales placement to learn about products and consumers.
- Work on an individual business project applying problem-solving skills.
- Experience a business placement in a field different from the project.
- Be placed into a function to add immediate value after the program.
- Meet with Global leaders.
- Receive mentorship from previous trainees.
- Collaborate with trainees globally.
- Enroll in learning experiences to grow as leaders.
Requirements
- University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduated on or after 2026 from any subject area.
- Maximum 1 year of professional experience after Graduation.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Candidates must demonstrate the right to work in the country they are applying for.
- Open to relocation within Europe from the second year onward, especially for those based in the EU.
