About the Role

This role involves owning product outcomes for Equity and Multi-Asset index offerings while leading the development of an in-house AI tool. You will operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, bridging the gap between research, engineering, and commercial stakeholders to drive product strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for Equity and Multi-Asset index offerings and the AI tool.
• Collect and categorize user feedback to create a prioritized feature roadmap.
• Collaborate with Research developers to ship product features.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate client requirements into index enhancements and new solutions.
• Make pragmatic prioritization decisions balancing client demand, technical effort, and commercial value.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Facilitate communication between engineering teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, technical product, or research roles.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Technical fluency to work with software and AI/ML developers.
• Experience supporting a software or data product, ideally AI/ML.
• Strong feedback-synthesis and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with equity and/or multi-asset products, indices, and benchmarks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
