About the Role

As our new Product Manager, you will be developing and advocating an ambitious and appealing digital Product strategy. You make sure development of your product aligns with the overall Ayvens business strategy and you make sure maximum value is driven.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, definition and value creation of your product(s).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Product director / head during the visioning, concept development of a product, and compilation of the product strategy.
  • Work with business analysts on maximizing the value created by the product.
  • Own the product roadmap and ensure it aligns with business goals and the overall product roadmap.
  • Track the success of functional initiatives and develop new methods and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Quantify all investments made into any product and ensure they deliver anticipated value.
  • Drive decisions based on facts and data, systematically validating assumptions.
  • Conduct research and analysis on business, regulatory, and technical topics to support product requirements and solution design.
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, serving as the primary contact for product-related queries.
  • Work in adherence to the Ayvens product framework.

Requirements

  • Possess the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and build relationships across multiple departments and geographical locations.
  • Demonstrate collaboration, agility, project management, and decision-making skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful leadership experience in digital product management, product strategy, contact center technology, or customer experience transformation.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering Contact Centre and Telephony transformation projects, including implementation, migration, and optimization.
  • Strong technical expertise in the Contact Centre and Telephony domain, including cloud contact center platforms, telephony infrastructure, IVR, call routing, omnichannel solutions, workforce management, call recording, CRM integrations, and related technologies.
  • Engage confidently with both operational and technical stakeholders, communicating effectively in business, operational, and technical language.
  • Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Assess, challenge, and prioritize business requests based on strategic alignment, customer impact, operational benefits, technical feasibility, cost, and business value.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to define solution designs and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Understand contact center operational processes, customer journeys, service performance metrics, and technology constraints.
  • Work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment while managing multiple projects and priorities independently.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and operational concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including business case development, financial analysis, and value realization assessment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver objectives and measurable business outcomes.
  • Intercultural competence and experience working across multiple countries and/or within multicultural teams.
