About the Role
The Senior Director, Operations – Stills & ARTD for Great Britain serves as the strategic business leader responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth across the Stills and ARTD portfolio. This role acts as the lead interface for the business, partnering with bottling partners and cross-functional stakeholders to translate growth strategies into integrated commercial plans, optimize market performance, and ensure execution excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end performance management for the Great Britain Stills & ARTD portfolio.
- Translate Europe OU category strategies into market-relevant commercial plans.
- Develop long-range portfolio plans to set growth ambitions and align system commitments.
- Drive annual and mid-year business planning processes.
- Lead scenario planning, forecasting, and risk management to ensure delivery of commitments.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Act as a strategic business partner to bottling partners to ensure alignment on priorities and investment.
- Lead integrated business planning routines with bottling partners.
- Ensure customer and channel strategies are translated into high-quality marketplace execution.
- Partner with Customer & Commercial, Marketing, RGM, and Supply Chain teams for integrated activation.
- Assess and develop system commercial capabilities through leadership and performance frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement across commercial processes, tools, and operating routines.
- Coordinate between bottling partners, technical, and production teams for supply chain management.
- Ensure effective governance and stewardship of the business and compliance with standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related discipline.
- Significant experience in CPG/FMCG in senior commercial, customer, category, or general management roles.
- Proven track record of delivering sustainable growth in complex, multi-channel environments.
- Experience partnering with bottlers, distributors, or strategic system partners.
- Expertise in commercial planning, forecasting, category management, and market execution.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizations.
- Deep understanding of the Great Britain marketplace, channel dynamics, and consumer trends.
- Strong analytical capability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term value and short-term performance.
- Strong system leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
