About the Role
This role plays a key part in delivering complex, high-value schemes. You will lead on commercial reporting, procurement strategy, contractor and consultant appointments, and overall commercial and contract management.
Responsibilities
- Lead on commercial reporting, procurement strategy, contractor and consultant appointments, and overall commercial and contract management.
- Oversee procurement across demolition, enabling works and main contractor packages, ensuring strong governance and effective risk management.
- Carry out supply chain market testing to support robust development budgets.
- Contribute to functional strategy, aligning commercial insight with business objectives.
- Support budget planning and cost control.
- Manage a portfolio of procurement programmes.
- Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Develop high-quality contract specifications.
Requirements
- Experienced commercial professional from a developer, contractor or consultancy background.
- Strong knowledge of residential and mixed-use schemes.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
