About the Role

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for career growth. This role is essential for maintaining high store standards and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, run the register, and handle transactions.
• Make product purchase suggestions.
• Assist with the food program.
• Work in various store areas (inside and out) to maintain appearance standards.
• Provide fast and friendly customer service.
• Attend work regularly and predictably.
• Interact with customers and collaborate with a team to achieve daily tasks.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination.
• May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
