  • Engage directly with reseller partners through Partner Advisory Councils, surveys, and one-to-one outreach.
  • Build and lead a team that delivers on partner programs, enablement, communications, and MDF/incentive management.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with self-motivation to solve problems independently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with presentation skills.
  • Ability to build real relationships across internal teams and with external partners.
  • Ability to conceptualise new ideas, articulate them clearly, and win buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, high-performing teams, and driving consensus.
  • Comfort working independently and managing collaboration across distributed, remote teams.
  • Significant experience creating, launching, and running partner programs that deliver measurable business results.
