About the Role

As a Fitness Supervisor, you will be passionate about fitness, embrace members and teams, and embody company values. You will support the General Manager in running the gym, ensuring member engagement and compliance with health and safety policies. This role requires you to be Level 3 qualified in personal training and to build a successful personal training business by converting members into clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and team to deliver a great gym experience for members, including leading group exercise classes, member service, cleaning duties, and equipment/maintenance checks.
• Assist the General Manager in ensuring site compliance with brand and health & safety policies and procedures.
• Support the General Manager with onsite administrative tasks, including rotas, time tracking, and security checks.
• Role model The Gym Group values and work as part of a team, taking ownership of tasks and delivering high standards.
• Act as a keyholder for the gym in support of the General Manager, serving as a point of contact in emergencies and during the GM's absence.
• Potentially work additional hours to cover and support the gym, with eligibility for overtime payments.

• Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer.
