We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with an accounting or risk background who is comfortable navigating the complexities of a large-scale program for ERP modernization. • Manage the delivery of project-specific improvements and remediations, balancing competing priorities in readiness for go-live.
  • Support the team to deliver month end close and reporting tasks during critical project phases to ensure a seamless transition.

Requirements

  • A solid background in Accounting processes, and the ability to quickly get up to speed with multiple finance systems.
  • Proven experience in identifying financial risks and implementing or testing internal controls within a complex corporate environment.
  • Experience in finance projects, ability to operate in "grey spaces," demonstrating dynamic problem-solving and transparent communication when managing conflicting deadlines.
  • A team player who can work independently or collaboratively to build strong relationships across the department, including with offshore teams.
