About the Role

As a Major Account Manager, you will drive business growth and manage relationships with Japan’s top 50 enterprises in the Retail, Logistics, and Media sectors. Your role is to accelerate customer Digital Transformation (DX) by providing world-class security solutions, leveraging our dominant market share in these industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic proposals and contract negotiations with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Directly engage with end-users while providing sales support and post-sales orchestration through our partner ecosystem.
  • Partner with internal Product Specialists and Marketing teams to increase brand awareness and generate a robust pipeline within your assigned territory.
  • Deliver our comprehensive suite of products and solutions to create a secure digital environment for the world’s leading brands.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of high-touch sales experience in the IT industry (Software, Hardware, or SIer).
  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale, major enterprise accounts.
  • Direct experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive account strategies using logical and analytical thinking.
  • Exceptional skills in account development and building long-term relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong initiative and team-building skills to lead complex projects in collaboration with diverse internal product teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a high degree of self-management.
  • Business-level English (Reading and Writing).
