About the Role

This role offers a great opportunity to join the International Property team in Direct GB, working with clients internationally in a Team Support function.

Responsibilities

• Understand a client or prospect’s business, situations, opportunities, challenges, and key issues.
• Propose appropriate solutions, structure, price, and placement strategies that meet client needs and deliver profitable business.
• Manage relationships and negotiate placement with the (re)insurance market.
• Prepare client and prospect presentations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Teams to determine solutions and structure/price deals.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, including research, initiating contact, meetings, responding to RFPs, and CRM database management.
• Identify appropriate markets and build relationships with underwriters in London and international markets.
• Grow the existing portfolio by identifying new and/or existing opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with colleagues globally.
• Process contracts compliantly according to FCA and contract certainty requirements.
• Ensure correct upload and handling of slips via the PPL Platform.
• Maintain information in the Broking Platform system, including recording quotations, indications, and declinations.
• Provide feedback on corrective actions needed to retain clients or enhance process performance.
• Actively support the implementation of corrective actions.
