About the Role

Finperks is building the prepaid payments infrastructure for Europe, acting as the Stripe for prepaid. We connect gift card brands to fintech apps, neobanks, and HR SaaS platforms via a single catalog API. As a fast-scaling Berlin startup backed by Motive Partners and seed+speed Ventures, this role is crucial for running the operational processes that keep our growing fintech functioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational processes for a growing fintech company.
• Oversee product management, including tracking sign-offs, approvals, and maintaining catalog data.
• Configure products within the internal platform.
• Run go-live processes with client partners, owning the launch checklist and coordinating international testing.
• Ensure product and data quality through detailed checks of catalogs, terms and conditions, and platform configurations.
• Handle a small volume of B2B support cases, focusing on product improvement and issue prevention.
• Utilize and build workflows with AI-supported processes.
• Coordinate interns and build operational tools.

Requirements

• Early in career, recent graduate, or with first working experience.
• Structured and detail-oriented.
• Clear communication skills.
• Comfortable with new tools and spreadsheets.
• Ability to create structure and define processes in complex situations.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
• Seeking an on-site role in a modern co-working space.
