About the Role

Play a key role in delivering world-class matchday and event experiences at Emirates Stadium, supporting operational delivery of fixtures and major events while creating memorable supporter experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support matchday planning and delivery, coordinating planning and execution with the Event Operations Manager.
  • Enhance supporter experience through activations, live entertainment, production support, and fan engagement initiatives.
  • Manage matchday programmes and staffing, overseeing casual workforce, ball squad, mascot, and gunnersaurus operations.
  • Coordinate community and special events, creating bespoke experiences and supporting major event delivery.
  • Maintain stakeholder and governing body relationships with football authorities, clubs, suppliers, and partners.
  • Oversee accreditation and compliance processes, including supplier accreditation, risk assessments, and health & safety documentation.
  • Champion supporter engagement by advocating for supporters and using insights to shape experiences and communications.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by reviewing feedback, performance, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting the planning and delivery of major events or projects, with a focus on operational excellence and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience working within fast-paced, customer-centric environments, ideally within sport, entertainment, or other high-profile organisations.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, building and maintaining positive relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of event operations, including planning processes, health & safety requirements, safeguarding responsibilities, and operational best practice.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, using initiative to respond quickly and effectively to operational challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach, seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance supporter experiences.
  • Values-driven team player with integrity, professionalism, respect, and a collaborative approach.
