About the Role
As a Site Manager, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring services are delivered to high standards of safety and efficiency. You will lead on-site teams, manage compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a productive environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing operations or teams in a site-based role
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety and site compliance requirements
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Calm, professional attitude when working under pressure
- Experience in facilities, hospitality, catering, or similar industries is desirable
