About the Role

The DX Solutions Engineering Team at Atlassian is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive the adoption and growth of the DX product. You will be the technical authority for customers, solving complex implementation challenges and ensuring they realize maximum value from our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding, integrations, and system architecture.
• Understand customer's long-term engineering goals and map the DX platform into their workflows.
• Design and build tailored technical solutions, including integrations, to connect DX APIs with client environments.
• Ask detailed questions to understand customer engineering processes for optimal platform configuration.
• Act as the technical advisor for Enterprise clients, providing guidance on best practices for developer experience analytics, deployment, and cultural transformation.
• Capture and synthesize technical feedback from customers to inform product roadmap and feature enhancements.

Requirements

• Based in the UK.
• Experience leading high-stakes technical workshops and executive-level discussions.
• Ability to translate complex technical architecture into clear business outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple Enterprise implementations simultaneously.

Skills

• Programming (Ruby/Rails or Python)
• APIs and RESTful services
• Version control systems like Git and the GitHub CLI
• SQL (Postgres preferred)
• CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
