About the Role
The Direct & Fac Data and Analytics team provides analytical support to the broking team to secure the best results for clients. This role involves delivering market-leading analytics, including data management, catastrophe modelling, exposure management, financial modelling, and bespoke analytics, focusing on understanding client risk from natural and man-made perils.
Responsibilities
- Manage, audit, process, and analyze portfolio data, preparing it for model ingestion.
- Quantify catastrophe risk using vendor catastrophe models.
- Operate geo-visualization tools including Arc GIS.
- Understand and evaluate the impact of updates and revisions to models and their outputs.
- Communicate results effectively to all stakeholders (cat modellers, brokers, clients, (re)insurers).
- Work closely with all stakeholders throughout the risk quantification process.
- Perform real-time reporting and analysis of natural catastrophes.

Education Level
