About the Role
This role is critical for managing and monitoring key processes such as inheritances, powers of attorney, garnishments, and bankruptcies, alongside complaint management. You will be the primary contact for communication with notaries, heirs, authorities, and courts in Italy, while also supporting German market matters. The position involves coordinating complex issue resolution, root cause analysis, and ensuring sustainable processing. You will also ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve cross-border processes and reduce error potential through digital solutions. Additionally, you will leverage customer feedback to identify optimization opportunities for products and country-specific processes.
Responsibilities
- Independently process and monitor success-critical processes such as inheritances, powers of attorney, garnishments, and bankruptcies, as well as complaint management.
- Serve as the primary contact for communication with notaries, heirs, authorities, and courts in the Italian region, while also supporting matters in the German market.
- Coordinate all steps for resolving complex inquiries, analyze root causes, and ensure sustainable, structured processing.
- Monitor strict adherence to legal regulations (IT/DE) and internal policies to proactively minimize operational risks.
- Improve cross-border processes and reduce error potential through digital solutions in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Utilize feedback from international customers to identify specific optimization potential for our product and country-specific processes.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a completed university degree.
- Fluent Italian and German (minimum C1 level) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the Finance/Banking or Insurance sector is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- High affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
- Friendly and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Conscientious and detail-oriented work ethic under time pressure.
