About the Role
This client-facing role involves leading a portfolio of the UK’s largest retail clients, managing daily requests, and using data to develop strategic recommendations and insights to solve business needs. You will interact directly with clients, requiring strong rapport-building, client focus, responsiveness, and approachability.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Lead the service of a portfolio of the UK’s largest Tech & Home & DIY retailers.
- Ensure client service is delivered to the agreed standard, meeting the service level requirements.
- Support day-to-day client requests and business questions with timely, accurate analysis.
- Contribute to a positive and effective client partnership.
- Understand key business questions and strategic aims of retailers.
- Deliver structured, high-quality analysis using EPOS and relevant datasets.
- Produce actionable insight and answer retail partner queries and requests.
- Organise and prepare retailer presentations, utilizing multiple research methodologies.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables.
- Build knowledge of the client’s business, categories, and performance drivers.
- Develop understanding of UK T&D market and retail trends.
- Support identification of opportunities to add value through insight.
- Contribute to delivering against client objectives through data-driven recommendations.
- Work collaboratively within the wider team and operations division.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience working in an analytical or insight-based role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence handling data.
- Ability to turn data into clear and structured insights.
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Engaging presenter, good at building relationships, internally and with clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver work accurately.
- Experience using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
