About the Role

Join our team and help shape the future of science communication. We are seeking a motivated individual to support our social media content creation, community management, and website maintenance. This role offers the opportunity to actively and creatively contribute to an internationally active, non-profit organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support social media content creation
  • Support community management on social media
  • Implement template layouts and image editing
  • Select and edit video footage for Reels
  • Assist with website maintenance
  • Layout and graphic design of documents such as PowerPoint presentations, guides, and product catalogs
  • Administrative tasks, such as supporting our workflows

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communication, Media, PR, or a comparable field at a German university until at least September 2027
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Proactive and structured work approach
  • Experience with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with Canva or InDesign
  • Willingness and ability to learn are highly valued
