About the Role
Join our team and help shape the future of science communication. We are seeking a motivated individual to support our social media content creation, community management, and website maintenance. This role offers the opportunity to actively and creatively contribute to an internationally active, non-profit organization.
Responsibilities
- Support social media content creation
- Support community management on social media
- Implement template layouts and image editing
- Select and edit video footage for Reels
- Assist with website maintenance
- Layout and graphic design of documents such as PowerPoint presentations, guides, and product catalogs
- Administrative tasks, such as supporting our workflows
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communication, Media, PR, or a comparable field at a German university until at least September 2027
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Proactive and structured work approach
- Experience with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with Canva or InDesign
- Willingness and ability to learn are highly valued
