About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager to contribute to climate neutrality by orchestrating and implementing one of the most strategically important transformation projects: the harmonization of two companies within the thermondo group. You will translate complexity into clear work packages, sound decisions, and measurable results, dive deep into processes and systems, and bring work packages to completion with the business units. You will align management, executives, and specialist teams towards a common goal, resolve conflicts early, and actively shape change. You will also use AI and automation to build agents and workflows to quickly structure data, processes, and information from both organizations and accelerate harmonization.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and implement the harmonization of two companies within the thermondo group end-to-end.
- Translate complexity into clear work packages, sound decisions, and measurable results.
- Dive deep into processes and systems and bring work packages to completion with business units.
- Align management, executives, and specialist teams towards a common goal, resolve conflicts early, and actively shape change.
- Utilize AI and automation to build agents and workflows to structure data, processes, and information from both organizations and accelerate harmonization.
Requirements
- Completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Ownership mentality: 1-2 years of experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment such as consulting or a scale-up, demonstrating responsibility for results.
- Hands-on approach: Highly driven, proactively tackles problems, comfortable with operational details, and finds ways to complete tasks.
- Project management skills: Ability to maintain structure and remain effective amidst parallel streams, changing priorities, and incomplete information.
- Stakeholder management: Clear and binding communication, builds trust quickly from specialist teams to management.
- Quick comprehension and excellent analytical thinking: Understands new processes, systems, and data logic quickly and translates complexity into clear recommendations.
- AI-First mindset: Productively uses tools like Claude, Gemini, Langdock, Make, or n8n; experience with Looker and Salesforce is a plus.
