About the Role

Responsibilities
- Clean, validate, and prepare datasets.
- Analyze and transform data using Python and Pandas.
- Document data flows and processes.
- Monitor data pipelines, identify issues, and resolve them independently.
Requirements
- Familiarity with data validation, transformation, and processing.
- Solid experience with Python and introductory experience with OOP.
- Proficiency in Pandas for data manipulation and cleaning.
- Experience with Django or similar frameworks and ORM tools (e.g., Django ORM, SQLAlchemy).
- Teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with research, IT, and account management colleagues.
- Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
- Genuine interest in social sustainability.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
