About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. You will share responsibility for store operations, visual merchandising, and fostering a positive, engaging environment for staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Develop team members to ensure a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and maintain accountability for results.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.
• Contribute ideas to drive business growth.
• Maintain composure during challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
• Perform POS transactions and execute management functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Model company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel business preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel to other store locations if needed.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
