About the Role
Join our central finance function to support Bank Partners, a leading provider of workforce solutions to the NHS and healthcare organizations. You will serve as the primary contact for payroll queries, ensuring efficient resolution and high service standards while collaborating across the business.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve payroll queries via telephone and shared inboxes
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure effective resolution
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve complex payroll issues
- Manage overpayment enquiries and recovery processes
- Provide reporting support for daily, weekly, and monthly activities
- Maintain payroll trackers for SSP, SMP, and Attachment of Earnings Orders
- Support the wider payroll function with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
- Previous payroll experience
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize a busy workload
