About the Role
As Teamlead Sales Operations, you will build the foundation for our sales-related processes and data-driven sales management. You will combine Salesforce and CRM expertise with reporting and analysis skills to translate data into clear decisions and effective sales measures.
Responsibilities

- Analysis of sales data (e.g., funnel, pipeline, and performance metrics) and translation into understandable reports and recommendations for stakeholders and management.
- Development of BI dashboards and reporting (e.g., in Power BI), reducing manual effort through automation and smart data utilization.
- Coordination of SalesOps workshops, productivity, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring requirements from sales and business units are properly captured and prioritized.
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Sales Operations team, supporting skill development (Salesforce, reporting, processes), and clarifying roles and responsibilities.
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (sales, management, controlling, marketing, IT) and acting as a point of contact for external partners, manufacturers, and service providers in the CRM/SalesOps environment.
- Further development of SalesOps KPIs and ensuring their adherence.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Salesforce / CRM management or Sales Operations.
- Very good knowledge of Salesforce (administration, processes, reporting) and a good understanding of sales processes and roles.
- Practical experience with BI tools, especially Power BI, including building/developing dashboards and reports.
- Openness to and ideally experience with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude) for supporting analysis and documentation.
- Native-level German (for leadership and stakeholder management) and fluent English for partners, manufacturers, and service providers.
- Active listening skills, ability to quickly grasp complex issues and 'translate' them for others.
- Ability to advise stakeholders at eye level, recognize priorities, and make pragmatic decisions.
