About the Role
As a Store Colleague, you will deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring shoppers feel valued and supported. You will maintain high service and presentation standards while contributing to a fast-paced, energetic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with confidence and energy.
- Provide friendly support to help customers find products.
- Use in-store devices to check stock and share product options.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and fully replenished shop floor.
- Ensure displays remain fresh and on-brand.
- Perform day-to-day store tasks including till operations and restocking.
- Adhere to all safety and store guidelines.
Requirements
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to a fast-paced retail environment.

- Confidence in engaging customers and working within a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and seasonal periods.
