About the Role

Griffin is a fully regulated UK bank powering accounts and payments for product-led fintechs. We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our growing Marketing team, contributing to lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad experience quickly and see immediate impact across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Create content across various formats including copy, social media posts, customer communications, basic visual assets, and video editing.
• Manage the industry events calendar, coordinate speaker pitches, and handle award submissions.
• Identify and manage co-marketing campaigns with customers.
• Support PR activities, including drafting, pitching, campaign management, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to position executives as thought leaders.
• Track, analyze, and manage marketing performance reports.
• Provide general marketing support where needed.

Requirements

• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write across different formats and channels.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in a B2B or B2C marketing role.
• Basic understanding of fintech or financial services.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage time, deadlines, and projects independently.
• A passion for writing and contributing to clear, readable documentation.
• Experience managing social media accounts is ideal.
• Experience supporting PR activities, preferably in fintech or a regulated environment, is ideal.
• Must complete background screening, including verification of right to work, criminal record, credit history, social media, and professional reference checks.
