About the Role
The Lead, Organization & Culture – APAC is responsible for driving key organizational effectiveness, culture, and change initiatives across the APAC region. This role will serve as a strategic partner to Division Vice Presidents (DVPs), General Managers (GMs), and senior BHR leaders, helping shape a high-performing, inclusive, and aligned culture that supports business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of organization and culture initiatives tailored to APAC business needs and regional cultural nuances.
- Work with business and HR leaders to assess, diagnose, plan, and implement strategic organization solutions to support business strategy.
- Provide consulting support to BHR and/or key customers and stakeholders on executing organization strategies and initiatives across divisions and/or functions, within the organization, including field commercial, site manufacturing operations, and others.
- Provide strategic guidance and tools to support leaders in navigating transformation and growth.
- Act as a key driver in translating enterprise culture goals into actionable team-level initiatives.
- Monitor cultural health through YVC survey data, identifying trends and collaborating with leaders to implement focused action plans.
- Maintain a strong focus on execution, tracking progress through KPIs and adjusting tactics to meet evolving workforce needs.
- Act as a partner with BHR and business leaders to provide organizational support to achieve business objectives.
- Measure and report the impact of organizational interventions using evaluation, metrics, focus groups and performance results.
- Proactively work with Talent Development practice center partners to design and implement organization plans, including organization/team effectiveness, leadership development, and change management.
- Facilitate leadership new leader assimilations, workshop interventions, and team meetings.
Requirements
- Solid business acumen with the ability to connect business strategy to practical OE, Change Management and Cultural solutions.
- Demonstrated success operating in a large, global, matrixed organization, navigating complexity, aligning diverse stakeholders, and influencing senior leaders.
- Strong experience working directly with senior executives (DVP/GMs or equivalent).
- Proven ability to lead organizational and cultural assessments and translate insights into action.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Cultural fluency in APAC markets and ability to adapt approaches for different cultural contexts.
- 8-10 years of progressive talent development experience in a variety of disciplines including consulting, org design, change management and cultural initiatives.
- Experience working in large, complex global organizations.
- Experience supporting large-scale change, integrations, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience in large professional services consulting is preferred.
