About the Role
As a Data Analyst at Global, you’ll combine your curiosity for insight and your enthusiasm for delivering effective analytical solutions to help evolve Global’s market-leading business.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, then use that knowledge to gather requirements and create innovative solutions.
- Create insightful data visualizations in Tableau for reports and deliverables.
- Adapt to the changing data landscape, identifying root causes of issues and finding efficient solutions.
- Support fellow data teams through collaboration and clear communication.
- Apply a continuous learning approach to improve methods and expand perspectives.
- Support team members and help the team be greater than the sum of its parts.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of commercial experience in a Data Analyst or similar role, working with large, complex datasets.
- Demonstrated experience owning analytical projects from requirement gathering through to delivery and stakeholder presentation.
- A curious, questioning approach that challenges assumptions and uses logical processes to find actionable insight.
- A rigorous approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, helping diagnose root causes and recommend the right solutions.
- Ability to break complex concepts into clear explanations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Energy to support an inclusive team.
