About the Role
We are seeking a solution-driven, results-oriented Clinical Specialist to join our Joint Reconstruction team in NSW. Based in Sydney Metro and reporting to the Clinical Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting surgical procedures across our Hip and Knee portfolios, working closely with Orthopaedic Surgeons and Theatre teams to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality in-theatre clinical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons, including in-servicing, workshops, and education for hospital teams
- Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with Surgeons and theatre staff, identifying opportunities and referring leads to the Sales team
- Partnering closely with Product Specialists to drive product uptake, supporting launches, demonstrations, evaluations, and rollouts
- Maintaining exceptional clinical and product expertise through continuous learning, ensuring clinical excellence and a consistently high standard of customer experience
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic etc.)
- Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment
- Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused
- Autonomous and able to work as part of a team
- Organised with good time management skills
- Frequent travel to hospitals in the Sydney Metro area
- Must have rights to work in Australia
- Must have a reliable car
- Must have a valid Driver Licence
