About the Role

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency calls from elevator systems.
• Assist trapped persons via our remote monitoring system and ensure quick help.
• Receive malfunction reports and efficiently forward them to our service technicians.
• Actively engage in telephone contact with customers.
• Process inquiries in writing via chat or email.
• Record customer information and forward it to the responsible branches.

Requirements

• Enjoy helping people and demonstrate strong customer orientation.
• Willingness to work in a shift system (3-shift system).
• Ideally, have prior experience in a customer service center or dispatch.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Very good German language skills.
• Basic English skills are an advantage.

Salary/Compensations
